Professors P. Kostyrko, M. Stepanov supervised the studio in different times. L. Prybeha, who became its leader in 1989, follows the principles of education of young architects on the principles of the thrifty attitude to the national architectural - town-planning inheritance, generated by the predecessors. Thus the elaboration of the projects of regeneration - revaluation of historical town-planning formations, designing of objects of new construction in the historical surroundings and working out the projects on restoration of historical town-planning and architectural monuments, based on scientific researches and analytical ground are practised at the studio in particular with the senior students.
     The practising architects - senior lecturer O. Zagnyboroda, senior teachers I. Puzyrkova, V. Ratovsky, assistants R. Seliuk and I. Starynov are involved in teaching at the studio of architectural designing. Among the graduates of the studio there are well-known architects and scientists, candidates in architecture V. Vechersky, T. Dotsenko, A. Miroshnyk, O. Chyzhevsky, O. Yakymchuk, L. Yaremenko and others.
