    Was born in Kursk (the Rusian Federation) on 10, July, 1936.
Graphic. Honoured Art Worker of Ukraine, the member of the National Artists Union in Ukraine. Graduated from Kyiv Fine Arts Institute (I. Selivanov's placard studio) in 1967.
Works in a field of easel graphic. Prefers techniques of etching and drawing. The main themes of works are heroical past and present. Shows romantical impressions after travelling, poetical motifs of Ukrainian nature.
Works: series 'Partizan Ukraine' (1967), 'Poltavshchyna' (1972), 'Kyiv motifs' (1975), 'Donetsk Region' (1976), 'Kamchatka' (1978), 'Far East' (1980-1981), 'Ukraine' (1988-1991), My studio' (1993), 'White angel' (1995).
Has been teaching at the chair of graphic arts in the National Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture since 1969. Since 1987 - professor. From 1984 till 1991 - the dean of creative faculties.
