Was born in Kyiv, on 3 June, 1939.
Honoured Education Worker of Ukraine.
Graduated from Lviv High Politics Military School with the specialization of the organizer-methodist of culture and education work in 1974. Has wide experience in the organization of culture, education and administrative work.
Has been working in the National Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture since 1989. Was the chief of the educational-methodical room at the chair of social sciences, the chief of the students practice. Since 1994 - prorector on administrative-economic work.
Author of methodical works on the questions of philosophy and political history.
