Was born in the village of Petrove, Kirovograd Region on 17, August, 1941.
Artist-restorer, art-critic. Graduated from Kyiv Fine Arts Institute in 1991. Studied at the faculty of the theory and history of art. Has been working in a field of restoration since 1961.
The main directions of work - restoration of metal works. Works on the elaboration, improvement and inculcation into practice the methods of restoration objects from archaeological finds.
The author of scientific-methodical works, books and publications on the questions of restoration. Among them "Introduction to the restoration of metal" (1992), "Restoration of metal works" (1998), "Restoration of fabrics" (1998, as a co-author).
Has been teaching at the chair of restoration of works in fine arts since 1988, since 1994 - the chief of the educational-creative studio of the restoration of sculpture and works of decorative art, since 1998 - assistant professor.
