    Was born in Tashkent on 14, July, 1958.
Architect. The candidate of architecture, the Member of the National Architects Union in Ukraine. Graduated from Kyiv Fine Arts Institute (the Faculty of architecture) in 1981. Studied under the leadership of A. Dobrovolsky.
The expert in the field of architectural projecting and composition. Deals with the projecting the objects of social and cultural destination. Works in the field of fine arts (painting). Deals with a scientific working out the questions on the problems of architecture.
The main architectural projects: building of Alupka town (1984, as co-author), holiday hotel for 400 people in the village of Lermontove, Krasnodar Region (1988, as co-author), planning of holiday resorts complexes in the south coast of the Crimea "Beketovo" (1986), building of Gurzuf (1984, as co-author), "Pivdenny" (1989), the church of St. Godmother in Bratyslavska Street in Kyiv (2000, as co-author).
Has publications in scientific editions.
Has been teaching at the Faculty of Architecture in the National Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture since 1983, since 1995 - assistant professor, since 2001 - the chief of the chair of architectural projecting. Co-author of the programme of the course "The fundamentals of architectural projecting".
